How It Works

The Year-Long Leadership Development Journey

Your organization’s selected participants join a 12-month program that combines deep personal growth with practical leadership skill development.

Each cohort of women leaders experiences:

Why It Matters

Despite progress, women remain under-represented in leadership:

  • Only 30.9% of senior positions in Canada are held by women.

  • Women of colour, Indigenous women, and women with disabilities make up just ~1% of executive roles.
