Journal Your Way to Clarity Workshop with Cheryl Sutherland of PleaseNotes Goods

Do you get stuck when thinking about the future? Learn how to tap into your internal guidance system so you can create a vision and the action steps to get you to your goals.

Maybe you’re a regular journaller, or maybe you’ve got some dusty journals sitting on your bedside table, but never really got into a flow of writing. Either way, Journal Your Way to Clarity will help take your journalling practice to the next level for you.

Journalling can bring clarity on next steps in life, increased self-knowledge and confidence, and feeling more connected to our own goals. Journalling can be used for self-coaching, for expression of thoughts and feelings, and as a way to process all the things that are in our hearts and minds.

For me, I write every morning and my personal journalling practice is critical for my mental health and my ability to make sense of all the things that are happening within and around me. The time I take to journal each day varies, depending on what emerges, and it’s a no-pressure practice that I’ve really come to value.

We are so fortunate to be joined by guest facilitator Cheryl Sutherland of PleaseNotes Goods who is the co-creator of the journal we use in the WLI program. This is an experiential workshop. We will get to practice with new journaling modalities that we can easily use on a day-to-day basis or when facing obstacles.

This workshop is being offered at a special price of $49 for the WLI community. This includes WLI alumni, friends, colleagues, and community members. Please share this with your friends and invite them to join us for this powerful session.

If you want to join us but don’t have a journal at the moment, we’ve got you covered. Just visit Cheryl’s website https://bit.ly/3U0bgi9 and choose a beautiful new journal to gift to yourself with the WLI member discount (use code WLI at checkout).
