Lisa has over 25 years of experience with high growth, global publicly listed companies in the technology and precious metals industries. Lisa provides expertise in public company corporate strategy, executive compensation, CEO/Board succession planning, and transformation/change management, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and corporate governance. She is currently the Chief Talent & Compliance Officer at Guyana Goldfields Inc.

Caitlin Cooke

Co-Owner / Director of Digital Sorcery at Glass Cliff Divas Inc.

Caitlin Cooke co-founded Glass Cliff Divas Digital Marketing Agency in 2018 with Brittney Pickett and they immediately started turning heads. Caitlin’s drive and determination motivates others daily. Her strength and courage is a testament to the badass women who raised her. Now she is taking every lesson learned and every skill she has forged to raise her beautiful daughter and build herself an empire!

Ellen holds a Masters of Leadership and Management, is a Master Mentor with the Real Power Network, former pastor and lifelong student and teacher. Special areas of interest include seeing women and girls grow in leadership confidence and creating environments where both women and men can thrive. In support of this she has travelled extensively learning, researching and teaching this.


Erin Horvath

Executive Director, New Vision Unlimited

Erin Horvath is a change leader actively involved in social entrepreneurship and politics within Parry Sound, Muskoka and Northwestern Ontario. She is a voice for integrating care for people, planet, culture in a way that promotes sustainable, local economies. She also cares deeply about issues related to gender equity, Indigenous rights, and climate justice. She is currently completing her doctorate with a focus on social entrepreneurship.

Kim Meeker

Provincial Mentorship Program Coordinator, Hydro One

Kim Meeker has worked for Hydro One as an arborist for 29 years. She competed internationally in tree climbing competitions. She is the first and only woman in Hydro’s Forestry Division to work up through the trade into a management position. In this male- dominated trade, she has faced many barriers in pursuing her career and she would like to see more women achieve leadership positions within the skilled trades. She has filled numerous management roles in the forestry division. She is currently the Provincial Mentorship Program Coordinator, focused on developing a culture of support for apprentices to foster a safer work environment.
