Program Overview

Your learning begins with the foundations of the LCI Coaching Method, including the signature LCI coaching model and principles—and how to use them with today’s ever-evolving workforce. Once you learn to use this transformational tool with your team, your leadership will never be the same. You’ll build more trust, strengthen relationships, and increase productivity and effectiveness.

Month two is all about taking the foundation to the next level. You’ll learn the latest proven techniques to help your team set effective goals, move past barriers, and shift fixed mindsets. You’ll become an expert at helping people expand their creativity, think innovatively, and hold themselves accountable for their commitments.

Effective leadership starts with self-awareness. This module focuses on understanding yourself as a leader and coach. You’ll define your unique leadership brand, connect with your leadership values, and identify your ideal coachee. You’ll also explore how becoming an ICF certified coach can enhance your leadership.

Here, you’ll start tapping into your ability to coach intuitively. You’ll guide people through the coaching process while integrating intuitive approaches to achieve the best outcomes. You’ll also learn a suite of advanced tools for exploring perspectives, decision-making, commitment to action, and leading through change.

Coaching is all about growth. In this module, you’ll learn powerful techniques to help people achieve transformational results. You’ll practice perspective-shifting exercises, coaching under time pressure, and working with difficult personalities. You’ll also integrate your coaching skills with leadership essentials like feedback, mentorship, and assessment.

The final module prepares you to become an LCI Certified Coach. You’ll review the core fundamentals of great coaching, get ready for your final LCI 1:1 assessment, and receive guidance on applying for your ICF ACC credential. As a bonus, you’ll learn how to build your coaching practice inside or outside an organization.

ICF‑Accredited Pathway (Level 1 / ACC)
This program is an ICF Level 1 pathway designed to meet the requirements for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential:

Belinda brings over 25 years of leadership development experience, supporting organizations around the world to build inclusive, human-centred leadership cultures. She holds a Master’s in Workplace Learning & Change and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Program Lead Coach & Facilitator
Brianne brings over 15 years of experience in leadership development and coaching, supporting leaders to deepen trust, elevate team performance, and lead with purpose. She is an ICF Master Certified Coach, Team Transformation Coach, and Certified Training & Development Professional with a background in corporate leadership across the pharmaceutical industry.
